eQuest now offering Job Board Analytics

eQuest, a job distribution company, has announced a new feature to their product that helps companies determine the best bang for their posting buck.

The tool has been effective in measuring the results of job board spending and helps better determine Internet recruitment strategy effectiveness based on quantitative metrics.

New features include which job boards get the best candidate results by measuring and comparing how many candidates viewed the job at the board and comparing those results with how many of those candidates clicked the apply button to respond to the job.

This is a great feature for any client using eQuests posting product in applicant tracking systems like Taleo. However, eQuest is currently not available in the quickly dominating RecruitMax's ATS.
